 Stargazing in Mt Pulag A 70-minute exposure of Polaris at Camp 3 just before moonrise Welcome to my site. I've always thought that in case I decide to start 'blogging,' it wouldn't be about myself. So here's what I did: I compiled all my travel, dive and environmental articles that have been published by a local newspaper where I work as a journalist, and put them here. I hope that through these stories and photos, you will appreciate how beautiful the Philippines is. For those who haven't come here, I invite you to explore our more than 7,100 islands. For Filipinos like myself, I encourage you to get to know your own place in the world by going places. I've been finding myself shooting more photos on land. I have accumulated some topside shots from my weekend shoots -- from old Intramuros and diverse Rizal to faraway places like Zambales, Donsol and Tubbataha in the Sulu Sea. My love for landscapes and night photography appears to have rubbed off on me and I still find myself shooting scenes once the sun is down. Of course, my first love will always be underwater photography, and I hope to rekindle this passion soon. Feel free to browse through my 'blog' and photo galleries.
